The Texas Real Estate Commission standards require a visual inspection of all accessible home systems. Your inspection report includes site grading, foundation, structure, roofing, ventilation, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, appliances, foundation elevations and thermal imaging. Your report will be explained onsite and follow up questions are encouraged.
Texas home inspectors must maintain professional liability insurance coverage, or any other insurance that provides coverage for violations of Subchapter G of Chapter 1102, during the period the license is active. This firm is licensed and regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Your home inspection fees are based on the square footage of the home, age of the house, type of foundation and optional systems, such as sprinklers and swimming pools. Thermal imaging and foundation elevations are included with all home inspection reports.
